Shipping and Returns

Our standard delivery service is ‘Royal Mail first class with a signature’ and your order will arrive between 1-3 days (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays) from being dispatched.  We dispatch twice a week.

We can provide you with a tracking number if requested. You must provide a contact number, and delivery address where the package can be signed for. 

In the unlikely event your delivery is returned to us through a wrongly given delivery address, or you fail to collect your delivery from your local depot and it is returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.

If you are unhappy with your purchase simply let us know that you want to return your item within 14 days of receipt then return the item to us within 30 days to receive a refund, we do not refund shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item.
